Purchasing a home or selling a home, being aware of your personal financial metrics or financial position helps you to make the right move at the right time. David is an experienced and astute financial manager. He will be pleased to share how to restore and ensure financial health. For financing, David's recommendation is to start with your bank/credit union/financial institution first. Talk to a mortgage broker/consultant second. And for select computer savy clients, consider working with an online-only financial institution.



Where do you want to live? In what neighbourhood? Born and raised in Vancouver, David is familiar with all locations and neighbourhoods. As an avid cyclist, has ridden through many residential areas of the City. With children previously in swimming and dancing, David is familar with swimming pool location and dance venues with its neighbourhoods all over the Lower Mainland.

Condo, Townhouse or House? David has owned all 3 types of housing and is fully aware of the pluses and minuses of each type of ownership. He is currently on two condo strata councils and holds a position of Treasurer. As result, he is able to help clients understand the finer details with strata ownership.

When buying, he will identify the selection available together with assessing the seller's motivation to sell. He will make appointments and take his clients out to view properties to support making an informed decision.
